Team Members
Drew Waner – Project Manager
Drew became part of the Ponder Construction team in July 2023, bringing with him a unique background in education, including time spent teaching wood shop at the middle school level. His expertise spans management, craftsmanship, and team building, making him a valuable asset. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the beauty of nature.
Will Thompson – Tile Setter
Will joined the Ponder Construction crew in July 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in tile setting. His vast knowledge covers not only tile work but also training and construction management. A man of faith and family, Will is passionate about hunting, fishing, and sharing his expertise with others.
Stefan Severson – Foreman
Joining Ponder Construction in October 2023, Stefan is known for his meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality. When he’s not crafting fine finish carpentry, you can find him enjoying the outdoors—hunting, fishing, and spending time with his partner.
Brayden Meisser – Crew Member / Junior Tile Setter
Brayden came on board in June 2024, quickly earning a reputation for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and physical strength. An avid fisherman, Brayden enjoys spending time with his wife and young son when he’s not working hard on the job site.
